Wanting to get your kids to think and talk about their emotions more? It is hard at the best of times but we think we have found something that may help! This 3 month daily journal (for children aged 6-12 years) enables kids to foster positive, healthy and mindful practices, resulting in the development of happy, compassionate, confident and resilient children!
With approximately 60,000 thoughts entering our minds daily (yes, daily!), being mindful allows us to ground ourselves and be fully present in the moment so that we do not become overly overwhelmed with what’s going on around us. If children are given fundamental Mindful tools and practices at an early age, it can be profoundly beneficial for their mental health and overall well-being.
The journal has been created based on scientific research and evidence suggesting that journaling supports children’s overall mental health and well-being.
For just 5 minutes a day, children are encouraged to express gratitude, condition their thinking, explore and reflect on their emotions, practice self love, and so much more!
