Fabulous Grade 1 Keta Salmon Caviar from Alaska. This is real Keta from Chum salmon - the best.
A special selection from wild catch, on the way to their spawning grounds in Alaskan waters. The Salmon Roe is a wonderful vivid reddy orange colour, with large eggs that burst in the mouth, flooding the senses with flavours of the ocean with an unmistakable hint of silver and adventure. A big favourite in the office. |

Fabulous Grade 1 Keta Salmon Caviar from Alaska. From Chum salmon and should not be confused with similar looking roe from inferior Pink salmon.
This Keta makes the most stunning canapes. Try it with some sour cream on blinis, with perhaps a little bit of dill and even some smoked salmon. It is also used extensively in Japanese cuisine, while the Russians consume huge amounts, calling it simply "Red Caviar". This Keta comes in a glass jar and is pasteurised. This extends the life of the Keta and gives the eggs a greater "popability". If you would prefer unpasteurised Keta, look to the 125g and 250g sizes which come in a vacuum tin.
